Challenge during my internship

AI can help us do it better, but it doesn't always mean it's the best.

MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and other AI-generated tools can make design easier. However, they still have limitations, such as generating unrealistic or flawed images.

Effective time management and setting priorities are essential.

In the real workplace, I experienced the need to complete 3+ banner sets per day.

It was crucial to maintain good communication with the product operation team and develop different solutions to ensure every project was delivered successfully.

A good visual design also needs thorough research.

Visual and graphic design is not just about creating an "image".

It’s crucial to understand your audience and their preferences. For example, audiences in different countries may have varying cultural norms and restrictions.

What i did and learned

Break the Comfort Zone

While following design guidelines, step out of your comfort zone and explore more diverse design directions.

Foster Collaboration

Engage in weekly reporting, team reviews, and proactive communication with operations and supervisors.

Flexibility & Adaptability

Good time management and flexibility in handling different situations enabled me to complete up to 3+ AI-generated visual sets per day.

Research is necessary

If we want to understand what lies behind the audience's preferences and behaviors.
